Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
Digital products, downloadable content, gift cards, and personalized items are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
